NV Red Tail Ridge Perpetual Change (Finger Lakes, NY)

Exuding boldness and complexity, this sparkling wine boasts a diverse range of aromas, including dried fruit and pastry notes, creating a rich experience unique from any other wine produced in this region. Its complexity remains captivating throughout the impressively long, bone-dry finish. The base wine is derived from a solera containing every vintage of sparkling wine ever produced by Red Tail Ridge!

    About The Varietal

    Pinot Blanc

Pinot Blanc, a versatile white-wine grape, lends itself to the creation of still, sparkling, and sweet dessert wines. Displaying its adaptability, this grape journey spans from crafting delicate white wines in Italy and Alsace to yielding luxurious Trockenbeerenauslese in Austria and contributing to the production of ice wine in Canada.

    About The Producer

    Red Tail Ridge

Red Tail Ridge Winery specializes in limited-production wines, believing quality is more important than quantity. They produce small lots (sometimes less than 50 cases) to further preserve and enhance the varietal characteristics that they generate in the vineyard. Sensing the potential of the Finger Lakes wine region in the 90s, husband and wife Nancy and Mike established Red Tail Ridge in 2005 after purchasing undeveloped land the year prior. IT took them three years to plant the vineyards, which now have about 20 acres. Nancy and Mike have been challenging mainstream thinking with their plantings of nontraditional grapes in the Finger Lakes.
