    A bottle of bubbles from Loire Valley Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Chenin Blanc with around 12 months on the lees. The Chenin influence is obvious in stony/earthy flavors around the lemon pulp and stone fruit core. The bubbles are generous, lifting a note of fresh Granny Smith apple on the nose and lightly toasty finish.
