    The wine has a pale strawberry hue and fine, persistent bubbles. Aromas of strawberries, orange zest, and rose petals dominate the nose. On the palate, it is dry and creamy without the bready or yeasty notes typical of other Cavas. The finish is citrusy with a refreshing acidity.

    Cava Blend

    Cava Blend is the term used to describe the composition of the sparkling wines of Catalonia, Spain. The blend is principally made up of three indigenous grape varieties, Macabeo, Xarel-lo, and Parellada.
