    With four generations of organic winemaking expertise, this creation uses the traditional Cognac grapes (Ugni Blanc, Columbard) to produce a "vin du liqueur," a sweet dessert wine made by blending unaged Cognac with fresh grape juice. The outcome is a well-structured, sweet dessert delight with a distinct edge.
