    This traditional alpine recipe, produced by Bordiga since 1888, is named 'Centum Herbis,' meaning '100 Herbs' in Latin. Peppermint and eucalyptus provide a mentholated taste, while genepy adds a unique herbal and floral sensation, and gentian and cinchona contribute bitterness.
