    A blend of Rye 95% / Malted Barley 5% finished in hybrid American oak and cherry wood barrels for up to 6 months. The barrels have alternating cherry wood and oak staves toasted to custom specifications. On the pallet this rye leads with flavors of ripe cherry white flower, dill, and cinnamon and finishes with the perfect balance of fruitiness and spice.
