About The Varietal
This green-skinned grape variety originates from Galicia, situated on the northern Atlantic coast of Spain. It is most famous for being the primary grape variety in the Rias Baixas DO, where it is used to craft fresh, and often, texturally rich white wines featuring notes of peach, citrus, and minerals, making them an ideal accompaniment to the region's seafood.

About The Producer
Camins 2 Dreams, meaning "path to dreams," was created by Tara Gomez and her wife, Mireia Taribó, focusing on crafting terroir-driven wines using natural yeast and minimal intervention. Gomez, former head of Kita Wines, and Taribó, originally from Catalunya, met in 2006 through their work in the wine industry. Their shared passion for wine and travel deepened their friendship and sparked their love, leading them to realize their dream by founding Camins 2 Dreams together.
