    About The Varietal

    Pinot Blanc

Pinot Blanc, a versatile white-wine grape, lends itself to the creation of still, sparkling, and sweet dessert wines. Displaying its adaptability, this grape journey spans from crafting delicate white wines in Italy and Alsace to yielding luxurious Trockenbeerenauslese in Austria and contributing to the production of ice wine in Canada.

    About The Producer

    Loew Vineyards

Reviving a long-standing European family tradition of winemaking, Loew Vineyards was founded in 1982 by William and Lois Loew. Their goal has always been to stay small, prioritizing quality control and giving personal attention to the vines and the wines. Winemaking at Loew Vineyards has reached its fifth generation with Rachel Lipman, their oldest granddaughter. Lipman began crafting wine alongside her grandfather after studying organic viticulture and winemaking at the University of Maryland and the University of Washington. She now oversees most aspects of the business, dedicated to preserving and advancing the family legacy.
