Bomberger's Declaration Distillery Bourbon pays tribute to the historical significance of the distillery previously named Bomberger's in the 1800s and later known as Michter's during the 20th century.

The 2023 release carries on Bomberger's tradition of providing a robust and exquisite Kentucky Straight Bourbon at 108 proof. This bourbon offers a deep and intricate character, achieved in part by aging a portion of it in Chinquapin oak, which was naturally air-dried and seasoned for three years before being toasted and charred under the precise guidance of our Master of Maturation, Andrea Wilson. Moreover, malted rye was incorporated in the production of this bourbon, resulting in a bold and flavorful whiskey that retains its distinctive fruity and spicy notes while introducing rich molasses and a multifaceted, lingering finish that invites you to relish every sip.
