    50% is full carbonic producing a light and pretty style full of finesse and grace. Alpine strawberries, roses/violets, red vines, red cherry, watermelon and orange peel.

    About The Varietal

    Trousseau

    Trousseau is a dark-skinned wine grape originally from Jura in northeastern France. Over the centuries, it has spread to vineyards in northwestern Spain and various parts of Portugal. Given its extensive history and travels, Trousseau is known by various names, with the most notable ones being Bastardo (Portugal), Merenzao, and Verdejo Negro (Spain).
