About The Varietal
Provence Rose is the Rose of our dreams. Pretty and pale pink, refreshing and perfect for a warm, sunny day. While originating in France, many other regions have adopted this rose blend of Grenache, Syrah, Mourvedre (and sometimes Cinsault!) because it is simply perfect in every form.
Enjoy with grilled shrimp, crab salad, grilled scallops, or a cucumber salad.
About The Producer
Paradise Springs Winery is known as the "Gateway to Virginia Wine Country" due to its proximity to Washington, D.C., and its role in introducing visitors to the region's wine culture. Established in 2010 by the husband-and-wife team Kirk and Jane Wiles, it was the first winery to open in Fairfax County, making it a pioneering venture in an area not traditionally associated with winemaking. Paradise Springs Winery expanded to Santa Barbara, California in December of 2017 making them the first “bi-coastal” winery!
