Medium-bodied wines with more structure and a mouth-feel similar to whole milk
This is among Chidaine's driest Chenin offerings. Medium straw color with aromas of white flowers, golden and green apple, toasted walnut, and some green herbs. On the palate this wine has a nice richness on the palate thanks to the fruit having a longer hang time. More golden apple and green apple flesh, some hints of lemon and lemon rind, tarragon, and some roasted almonds at the end with a still crisp finish that leaves your mouth watering for more.
