Made with one of the main Cava grapes Xarel-lo (pronunced ja-rel-low), this white wine has a beautiful nose with notes of white flowers, fennel, lemon, green apple, and pear. On the palate it has nice complexity and a bit of weight thanks to 4 months of lees aging with notes of baked green apple, pineapple, and a trace of almonds and marzipan at the finish.

Xarel-lo is a light-skinned grape variety originating from Catalonia in northeastern Spain. It stands as one of the region's most extensively planted varieties and is employed in the production of various wine styles. However, Xarel-lo is best known for its crucial role in crafting sparkling Cava.
