In addition to Chardonnay, this wine includes two other grapes that are native to the Savoie region, Jacquère and Mondeuse Blanche. That means this wine is probably unlike anything else you’ve had. Floral notes give a delightful lift to the mineral driven, almost Chablis-esque nature of this wine! This wine is a delicious way to get familiar with this under-looked region of France. Pairs well with turkey or chicken.
