Albillo, or Albillo Real, is a white grape variety native to Spain, mainly cultivated in the Ribera del Duero region, as well as in Madrid, Ávila, and Galicia. This grape typically has neutral flavors with a subtle perfumed aroma. Its wines are characterized by a high glycerol content, which imparts a smooth quality to them.
