2021 Tacherons "Haute Vallee" Chardonnay (Languedoc-Roussillon, FR) 4W

Tacherons' Chardonnay from the Languedoc-Roussillon region offers a rich and creamy experience. With notes of ripe pear, toasted oak, and a touch of vanilla, it strikes a harmonious balance. This wine's full-bodied structure and lingering finish make it a wonderful match for roasted poultry or creamy pasta dishes.

    About The Varietal

    Chardonnay

Chardonnay, possibly the most famous among white grape varieties, is frequently regarded as reaching its peak expression in its Burgundian birthplace. However, this grape has journeyed across the globe, and Chardonnay wines, ranging from outstanding to less inspiring, can now be discovered in various wine-producing regions worldwide.

    About The Producer

    Tacherons

Named after an old Burgundian tradition, “Tacherons” or “pieceworkers” are the men and women working & cultivating the vines from which many winemakers purchase their fruit from. Led by the daughter of head winemaker, David Serodes, while he is tackling his next project in Greece, Tacherons purchase their Chardonnay grapes from the vignerons who grow and care for these grapes, not for the winemaker's status, but for the love of the craft.
