About The Varietal
Palomino, a white wine grape native to Andalucia in southwestern Spain, is undeniably associated with the production of Sherry. It is commonly cultivated in the "albariza" soils of the region.

Luis Perez Rodriguez is a professor an oenology at Cadiz University and started his winery in 2002 with the goal of making non-fortified (dry) wines from the Sherry Region. Utilizing ancient Sherry winemaking techniques, Luis and his son Willy are making some of the most unique wines we have seen from this region!
