Spanish Syrah! The nose is characteristically dark, earthy, loamy, and smoky with violets and dark flowers, blueberries, spice, and cured meats. Holy crap that smells amazing! Earthy, funky, and rocky, lots of aromatic and herbaceous edges around a palate full of dark, earthy fruit. This is the 'elbows out' side of Syrah, for sure! About The Varietal
