This wine is organically cultivated in Spain's La Mancha region, at vineyards situated over 3300 feet above sea level. It displays a deep, intense cherry color with violet hues. Aromas of red and black fruits dominate the nose, along with floral notes of violets and hints of Rosemary and black pepper, which carry through to the palate. It offers a fresh and fruity expression, lively and deep, with a clean profile and excellent acidity.
About The Varietal
Although it hasn't gained as much recognition, Bobal grapes have historically been used in small proportions to complement the more celebrated grape varieties in southeast Spain. However, nowadays, an increasing number of winemakers are focusing on producing single-varietal Bobal wines. These wines are characterized by their dense and substantial qualities, featuring flavors reminiscent of chocolate and dried berries.
