Notes of toasted walnut and bruised apple and lots of yeast, thanks to flor aging of this remarkable "sherry-like" wine. On the palate, more of that toasted walnut is quite apparent with traces of green apple and lemon zest with some wet stones, and a bit of saltiness at the back. Refreshing with well integrated acidity throughout—a fun find for sherry enthusiasts and novices alike!
