This exceptional cuvee was created in 1964 as a tribute to the House's founder. It results from the blending of Grand Crus from the classified Cote des Blancs vineyards for Chardonnay and the Montagne de Reims for Pinot Noir. This is aged for 10 years on the lees giving it an extraordinary richness and texture.

    About The Producer

    Billecart-Salmon

In 1818, Nicolas François Billecart and Elisabeth Salmon tied the knot. Inspired by their shared passion for wine, they established Maison Billecart-Salmon in Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, their hometown. Shortly after that, Nicolas François partnered with Louis Salmon, Elisabeth's brother. Nicolas François managed the business operations, while Louis, an enology enthusiast, focused on crafting exceptional wines. To this day, the house is still family-owned and operated.
