Slightly more fruit and body thanks to warmer climates and riper grapes

*3W* 2021 Jutta Ambrositsch "Satellit" (Burgenland, AT)

Half of the wine undergoes a five-day fermentation on the skins, followed by four months on lees, imparting a textured element to this charming and high-toned wine from a cool climate. The flavor profile includes a saline quality, a medly of green pear, hints of pineapple core, blossoming white flowers, a touh of honey, and notes reminiscent of herbal tea.

    About The Varietal

    Gemischter Satz

A Gemischter Satz is a wine produced from a blend of various grape varieties, typically to make a white wine. Unlike a cuvée, where different grape varieties are kept separate, in a Gemischter Satz, up to 20 different grape varieties are grown together in the same vineyard, harvested, and pressed collectively.
