About The Varietal
Loureiro is a pale-skinned grape variety primarily cultivated in northern Portugal, where it is a key component in the production of the well-loved white Vinho Verde wines of the Minho region. It is also found in limited quantities in Galicia, located just north of the Spanish border. As one of Portugal's top indigenous white wine varieties, Loureiro yields refreshing, aromatic, and crisp white wines.
Enjoy with grilled shrimp, crab salad, grilled scallops, or a cucumber salad.
